Banana Cocoa Milkshake

In case you are new here and are looking for healthy recipes but are delicious as well as visually appealing, then you have come to the right place. I make recipes that do not require any heating, just ‘raw’ ingredients, the way Mother Nature provided. That’s how I have been living for over 2.5 years now.

Today I am sharing with you a delicious Banana Chocolate milkshake that is devoid of chemicals and any artificial ingredients.

Here is a quick and easy milkshake that is easy to make at home, and healthy. It’s quite delicious despite being easy to make. All the family members from kids to elders are likely to enjoy this fantastic drink It’s actually even more tempting than my photo did justice to it today.


Ripe Bananas – 3

Cashew – 1/3 cup

Water – 2 cups

Unsweetened Cocoa powder – 1 tbsp

Sea Salt – 1 pinch

Coconut oil – 2 tbsp

Honey – 2 tbsp


Dump everything in a high speed blender and process it for one minute (if you using a regular blender or mixie, process for a 2 minutes or so)

What is Good-About-This?

Bananas rich in Potassium – helps in risk of mortality by 20%, reduces stroke & blood pressure, protects muscle mass etc.

Rich in healthy fats and proteins

Improves mood

Hydrates – easiest way of consuming 2 cups plus ice of water

Immunity to diseases – Honey helps in big way to strengthen immunity

Savour the drink during evening

Pour it into a glass, add a ice cube and enjoy the drink. Simple as that. When consumed during evening, it may help reduce stress and offer a joyous mood, at least for some time. Try it?
