Did you know that even WebMD refers to Okra being an aphrodisiac, meaning a food that stimulates love making?
Okra has rich micro nutrients including magnesium, a natural relaxant and several other nutrients to help you to remain fit. I want to show an ultra simple recipe with Okra that could help stimulate love making abilities, but would surely provide healthy fats, lots of protein, that will help your tummy feel full in a very healthy way.
At the end of this short video, I will let you have my first hand first time experience of tasting this food, as well as provide all the nutritional benefits of this food.
I have been living on a diet for past two and a half years that has helped me lose 11 kgs or 23 lbs during first 100 days of change over, and also got rid of chronic diseases as Type 2 Diabetes, Hypertension, high cholesterol and potential angiogram for coronary correction. I want to share with you some of the recipes that I make which are mostly raw food based, but not all, so you can also be potentially benefitted to remain drug free and become handsome or beautiful.
(Shhh! I can’t tell you how happy I was even as of yesterday noticing how well I felt with my paunch gone and a slimmed down personality).
Recipe
- Briefly pulse half a cup of roasted peanuts in a home blender (I roast peanuts in an oven for 5-7 minutes at 250 degrees Celsius for best roast).
- Mix in half a teaspoon of red chilli flakes. Add more if you prefer it spicier, but do not add salt. Salt has a tendency to pull water. So this could risk making the okra slimy.
- Take 4 large Okra and chop off their top and bottom parts.
- Slice the Okra vertically without actually splitting them into two.
- Stuff each okra with the peanut mixture.
How does it taste?
Nutritional Benefits
Okra has several good micro nutrients as magnesium, folate, iron, vitamin B, all of which help sexual health.
Additionally, it has lots of fibre, and laxative properties, all of which help digestion and improve overall immunity to diseases.
Peanuts are very very rich in proteins and fats. These help build muscle and provide good energy to run through the day with ease.
Conclusion
This is a recipe that not only tastes good, but is so good in assuring you remain healthy and active throughout the day, I think you should give it a try and see if it works for you. I post several videos on this channel both on food recipes and health talks, that are designed to help live life in a very healthy and happy way.
